Need it urgently? If your dog has just had surgery and you need support gear this week, we’re probably not the right choice right now — order from a US-based retailer who can ship overnight. We’d rather tell you that than have you wait three weeks for something you needed yesterday. For planned, gradual needs, we’re a good fit.

Returns & Size Exchange

30 Day size exchange, free both ways

Wrong size? Email us within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. We ship the replacement immediately and include a prepaid label for the original. You don’t wait for the return to arrive.

↩ Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept used diapers, wipes, balms or grooming items once opened.

! What we can’t accept

Items damaged by chewing, or harnesses that have been used outdoors and are dirty. Try new harnesses over a thin blanket or towel the first time — it makes returns possible if the fit is wrong.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping was free, so there’s nothing to deduct.

Frequently Asked

No. Pipqo products are assistance and comfort items. They help you guide and steady your dog — they are not designed to fully lift or suspend a dog’s body weight, and they do not treat any medical condition. If your dog needs rehabilitation-grade equipment, talk to your vet or a canine rehabilitation therapist.

Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, air dry. Don’t tumble dry — heat degrades the padding and the hook-and-loop over time.

Currently US only. We’re planning UK, Germany and Canada next, but we won’t open those until shipping times are genuinely competitive rather than three weeks.

Sometimes. Socks take most dogs 2-3 days to accept, and some never do. If yours won’t tolerate socks, use stick-on paw grips instead — nothing on the foot means nothing to shake off. We say so on the product page rather than pretending every dog adapts.

Remove it when unsupervised. Chewing damage isn’t covered by the exchange policy — but if it happens in the first week, contact us anyway and we’ll see what we can do.
